Done-for-you B2B outbound
A cold email agency that owns the work from list to booked call.
The Revenue Inbox runs the outbound work: strategy, data, copy, sending infrastructure, replies, and booking. You take the sales call and close.
Scope
What we do.
What stays with you.
The scope is the offer. This is who owns each part, from the first list to the closed deal.
Process
How the work runs.
Six stages. One owner from the first list to the meeting on your calendar.
- 01
Define the buyer
We agree the ICP, the offer angle and what counts as a qualified meeting before any list is built.
- 02
Build the list
Contacts are researched and checked against the ICP, with the exclusions agreed up front.
- 03
Write the sequence
First touch, follow-ups and reply angles written for that buyer, not a generic template.
- 04
Set up sending
Dedicated domains, mailboxes and warm-up managed on your behalf, separate from your main domain.
- 05
Run the conversations
Email and LinkedIn outreach, replies within five minutes, and follow-up until the lead books or says no.
- 06
Book the meeting
A decision-maker within the agreed ICP, on your calendar, with the context you need for the call.
Working together
What we need from you.
The work runs better when one person on your side can make the call. This is the part we cannot do for you.
- A clear offer and a buyer you can name
If you cannot describe who buys and why, we can help shape it, but we cannot invent it.
- Someone who can approve the ICP and the copy
One decision-maker on your side keeps the build moving and the targeting honest.
- Sales capacity to take the calls
We book the meetings. You run the sales conversation and own the close.
- A 30-day window after launch
The 20-meeting promise is measured from campaign launch, not from the first planning call.
Not a fit
- You need an agency to take the sales calls and close deals.
- You want positive replies counted as qualified meetings.
- You are looking for a list vendor rather than a managed campaign.
Pricing
The commercial terms.
Rolling monthly. No long contract.
At 20 qualified booked appointments in a month:$1,500 base + $2,000 performance= $3,500
Questions about the service.
What is included in the service?
Strategy, ICP, prospect data, copy, dedicated sending infrastructure, email and LinkedIn outreach, reply handling and qualified meeting booking. You take the sales calls and close. Pricing is $100 per qualified booked appointment plus $1,500 per month for infrastructure.
What do you need from us before launch?
Your offer, the buyer you want to reach, one person who can approve the ICP and the copy, and sales capacity to take the calls. The 30-day promise starts when campaigns go live, so the build is not counted against it.
Do you write the copy, or do we?
We write the first touch, follow-ups and reply angles. You approve the voice and any claims about the product. The copy has to sound like you and survive a real buyer reading it, so your review is part of the build.
Will you send from our main domain?
No. We use dedicated sending domains and mailboxes, not your main domain. The $1,500 monthly infrastructure fee covers domains, mailboxes, data and sending tools. Your main domain does not carry the sending risk.
What counts as a qualified meeting?
A booked call with a decision-maker within the agreed ICP who has agreed to hear the offer. A positive reply is not a qualified meeting. That definition is agreed before the campaign starts and is the one used for the appointment fee and the 30-day promise.
What happens when someone replies?
A human answers within five minutes. We handle the question or objection, qualify the fit and propose specific times. If the lead is ready to talk, we make the booking easy. If not, we follow up until there is a clear yes or no.
Can cold email work in a small market?
A small market needs a closer look, not a blanket yes. Parking Compliance Systems reaches parking lot owners with a list built from physical locations, and that campaign produces 26 qualified leads a day. The question is whether the ICP contains enough decision-makers for your offer.
What does the 30-day promise cover?
20 qualified meetings in 30 days from campaign launch, or we work for free. The clock starts when campaigns go live. Meetings must meet the agreed ICP and qualification definition. Positive replies alone do not count toward the promise.
