The Revenue Inbox vs. SalesHive.
Make qualified bookings the focus of your outbound budget. Every plan charges $100 per qualified booked meeting, with published base fees and a $0-base Basic option.
Basic vendor costs are additional. Standard and Express include infrastructure we buy and manage.
Qualified bookings or a dedicated SDR program?

With our plans, 20 qualified booked meetings means $2,000 in meeting fees. Add the base fee for your chosen plan. These are monthly billing examples in USD, not a prediction of results.

| Plan | Base fee | 20 meeting fees | Total |
|---|---|---|---|
| Basic | $0 | $2,000 | $2,000 + vendor bills |

| Express | $2,500 | $2,000 | $4,500 |

SalesHive quotes an inclusive managed-program fee. Its pricing page does not publish dollar rates. Ask for your actual quote before calculating a cost difference; do not add its included team, data and software a second time. SalesHive plans and pricing.
For your decision, check the cost per accepted meeting, attendance and sales opportunities together. A booking fee and an SDR retainer pay for different things.
Why choose The Revenue Inbox?
Start with a clear price for a qualified result.
Our $100 fee is attached to a booked call with a decision-maker inside your agreed ICP who has agreed to hear the offer. A positive reply alone does not qualify. Agreeing the acceptance criteria before launch gives your team a concrete outcome to evaluate.
Choose how much infrastructure you want us to own.
Basic keeps the monthly agency base fee at $0. You pay vendors directly and give us access to run the campaign. Standard is $1,500 per month plus meeting fees; Express is $2,500 per month plus meeting fees. On both managed plans, we buy and manage the sending setup.
Get a defined meeting commitment.
Standard and Express include 20 qualified meetings in 30 days from campaign launch, or we work for free. Basic does not include this guarantee. Confirm the remedy, qualification rules and treatment of no-shows in your agreement.
Move quickly when your campaign is ready.
Express campaigns go live on day 3: three calendar days after payment, required inputs and approvals are complete. We use prewarmed domains and mailboxes. This is a launch commitment, separate from the 30-day meeting guarantee.
SalesHive describes a typical launch of about three weeks, subject to readiness. Those are different starting conditions, so compare the complete timeline for your campaign. SalesHive email outreach service.
Keep your team focused on closing.
We own the email-led campaign, from ICP and list research to messaging, email and LinkedIn outreach, replies and booking. You take the sales calls. If that is the job you need handled, our plans give you a direct way to buy it.
A dedicated phone-led SDR team is a different brief. SalesHive provides that scope. Its email service also includes managed infrastructure and reply support. Choose our plans when your priority is a focused email-led campaign, published fees and an agreed qualified-booking outcome. SalesHive email outreach service.

Individual results depend on the market, offer and campaign. Read each case for its scope and time window.
If you are changing agencies.
Before moving a live campaign, check your existing agreement and confirm what you can transfer. We would review the following with you before choosing a launch plan:
- Access and ownership for domains, mailboxes, sending tools and CRM records.
- Suppression lists, opt-outs and existing conversations, so outreach does not restart blindly.
- Lead lists, approved messaging and the qualification rules your sales team uses.
- Sending history and domain health. Existing infrastructure needs review before reuse.
- Responsibility for replies and booked meetings during the handover.
A handover does not automatically qualify for Express. Its three-day clock starts only once payment, required inputs and approvals are complete.
Before you choose your campaign.
Does SalesHive charge per meeting?
Its official pricing page describes a flat monthly managed-program fee rather than per-meeting billing. The Revenue Inbox charges a published base fee plus $100 per qualified booked meeting; Basic vendor bills are additional.
Which of your plans includes the meeting guarantee?
Standard and Express include 20 qualified meetings in 30 days from campaign launch, or we work for free. Basic does not include this guarantee. A qualified booked meeting is different from an attended meeting or a closed deal.
Can I keep my own domains, mailboxes and tools?
Yes. On Basic, you buy them directly from vendors and share access with us. Their bills are additional to our meeting fees. If you want us to buy and manage the infrastructure, choose Standard or Express.
When does the Express day-3 promise start?
Three calendar days after payment, required inputs and approvals are complete. We use prewarmed domains and mailboxes. The meeting-guarantee clock starts separately, when campaigns go live.
