Why choose The Revenue Inbox?

Use one qualified-meeting fee across every plan.

Basic, Standard and Express each charge $100 per qualified booked meeting. The base fee changes with infrastructure responsibility and launch speed. That gives you a straightforward model for checking the bill as booking volume changes.

We agree the ICP and qualification rules before launch. A billable meeting is a booked call with a decision-maker inside that ICP who has agreed to hear the offer. A positive reply alone does not qualify.

Choose how you handle the infrastructure.

On Basic, your monthly agency base fee is $0. You buy domains, mailboxes and tools directly and share access. On Standard at $1,500 per month or Express at $2,500 per month, we buy and manage the setup. Meeting fees apply on every plan.

Put a commitment behind the bookings.

Standard and Express include 20 qualified meetings in 30 days from campaign launch, or we work for free. Basic does not include this guarantee. Confirm qualification, acceptance criteria and the remedy in your agreement.

Choose a defined launch timeline.

Express campaigns go live on day 3: three calendar days after payment, required inputs and approvals are complete. We use prewarmed domains and mailboxes. This is a launch promise, separate from the 30-day meeting guarantee.

Buy the scope your team needs.

Our service suits teams that want email and LinkedIn outreach handled through to qualified booking while they run the sales calls. We own research, copy, infrastructure, replies and the booking handoff.

CIENCE also handles the work behind a booking, including human reply management. If your brief calls for a coordinated phone-led SDR team, include that scope when evaluating the options. CIENCE cold email agency service.

Track qualification, booked meetings, attendance and opportunities separately with either service. Published booking fees make the invoice easier to understand; your sales outcomes still depend on the offer, market and follow-through.

If you are changing agencies.

Before moving a live campaign, check your existing agreement and confirm what you can transfer. We would review the following with you before choosing a launch plan:

  • Access and ownership for domains, mailboxes, sending tools and CRM records.
  • Suppression lists, opt-outs and existing conversations, so outreach does not restart blindly.
  • Lead lists, approved messaging and the qualification rules your sales team uses.
  • Sending history and domain health. Existing infrastructure needs review before reuse.
  • Responsibility for replies and booked meetings during the handover.

A handover does not automatically qualify for Express. Its three-day clock starts only once payment, required inputs and approvals are complete.

Before you compare proposals.

Are qualified booked meetings the same as held meetings?

No. A booking puts an agreed call on the calendar; a held meeting has taken place. Our $100 fee applies to a qualified booked meeting. Agree how attendance, no-shows and rejected meetings are handled before comparing cost per result.

Is the $499 graph8 platform fee the full CIENCE service price?

No. CIENCE lists the platform as one cost component alongside the campaign team, SDR fees, bonuses and setup. A software component alone is not the price of a managed outbound service.

Which plans include your 20-meeting guarantee?

Standard and Express include 20 qualified meetings in 30 days from campaign launch, or we work for free. Basic does not include that guarantee. The guarantee is not a promise of closed deals or revenue.

When does the Express launch clock begin?

Three calendar days after payment, required inputs and approvals are complete. Express uses prewarmed domains and mailboxes. The 30-day meeting-guarantee clock begins separately, when campaigns go live.
