A cold email agency's price depends on what it owns and what it bills for. At The Revenue Inbox, the model is $100 per qualified booked appointment, plus $1,500 per month for infrastructure. At 20 booked appointments in a month: $2,000 + $1,500 = $3,500.
That is a useful starting point for comparing proposals. The next step is to put every fee and every meeting definition on the same page.
Start with the full monthly bill
A quoted appointment price can look inexpensive until you add the system needed to produce the appointments. Domains, mailboxes, data and sending tools still need to be paid for. Different providers include or separate those costs, so ask for the complete bill rather than assuming the headline price covers everything.
Our monthly infrastructure charge covers those four items. The appointment fee changes with the number of qualified booked appointments. The worked examples below use our published model, not an estimate of the entire agency market.

| Qualified booked appointments | Appointment fees | Infrastructure | Monthly total | Effective cost per appointment |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 20 | $2,000 | $1,500 | $3,500 | $175 |
| 30 | $3,000 | $1,500 | $4,500 | $150 |
| 40 | $4,000 | $1,500 | $5,500 | $137.50 |
The effective cost falls here because the same infrastructure fee is spread across more appointments. These are billing examples. They are not predictions of how many appointments your campaign will book.

Compare quotes using the same scope
Write down who owns the prospect research, copy, sending setup and reply handling. Then write down who gets the interested person onto the calendar. A proposal that stops at positive replies leaves you with work to do before there is a sales conversation.
Our service owns strategy, the ideal customer profile, data, copy, sending infrastructure, email and LinkedIn outreach, reply handling and meeting booking. You take the sales calls and close. That scope is part of the price comparison, not a footnote.
Do not assume every agency uses the same commercial model. For example, Built For B2B's published pricing separates a one-time build fee and describes an initial commitment. Read the current proposal for the provider you are considering. A fee, minimum term or channel scope can change the comparison even when the monthly headline looks similar.
Agree on what the appointment fee buys
Our definition of a qualified meeting is a booked call with a decision-maker who matches the client's ideal customer profile and has agreed to hear the offer.
That excludes a name in a spreadsheet and an interested reply that has not become an appointment. It also distinguishes a booked meeting from a held meeting. Ask each provider which event triggers billing, and how it handles cancellations, no-shows and a booking that fails the agreed criteria. Get the answers in writing before outreach starts.
These distinctions matter when reading results too. Networked's sales campaign reports 81 sales meetings in one month. The study describes that engagement. It is evidence to inspect, not a forecast for your own market.
Check the economics against your own sales process
At 20 qualified booked appointments, our worked example costs $3,500. If you assume 80% attend, that is 16 attended meetings. The cost per attended meeting would be $218.75 under that assumption.
The 80% figure is a planning assumption from our model, not a promise of attendance. It is useful because treating every booking as an attended sales call would overstate the opportunity.
Now use your own close rate and contract value. One $5,000 contract would exceed $3,500 in agency fees as a revenue comparison. It would not automatically mean a profitable campaign. You still have delivery costs, sales time and the timing of cash collection to consider.
Revenue also follows your sales cycle. If deals take 60 days to close, appointments booked this month do not become cash this month. Our homepage calculator states the attendance and timing assumptions before showing its scenarios.
Ask for the terms behind the guarantee
Our public promise is 20 qualified meetings. 30 days. Or we work for free. The clock starts when campaigns go live. We start on a rolling monthly basis, with no long contract.
When comparing any guarantee, check the qualification definition, the start of the measurement period and the written remedy. Do not infer that an appointment-based model removes every fixed cost or transfers responsibility for closing to the agency.
For a closer look at the trade-offs, read pay per appointment versus a monthly retainer.
Bring one comparable number to the call
Ask for the total bill at the same appointment volume, against the same qualification criteria and scope. Then compare it with your own contract value and sales process.
If you want to work through that calculation for your offer, book your strategy call. Bring your contract value and the buyer you need to reach. We can start with the economics.
