The client needed to reach more than 100 qualified investors quickly, but their warm network was limited and traditional outreach was too slow. They needed a repeatable system that could identify the right prospects, manage follow-ups, and turn interest into booked investor calls.
What we built
- Pulled connections from roughly 300 existing contacts.
- Created a master pool of 150,000 targeted prospects.
- Segmented prospects into weekly campaigns of 5,000 people each.
- Kept campaigns producing 100 to 130 positive replies per week.
How meetings were booked
Every interested reply was handled within 5 minutes. The campaign used an 8-touch follow-up system and maintained a 40 to 50 percent booking rate. Because the volume was so high, investor calls were being booked one month in advance.
The outcome
The system contacted 22,451 leads, sent 44,685 follow-ups, produced 470 positive replies, booked 188 meetings, and helped close 18 investors. Total investment raised reached $1.2M, with a 51x return on the total campaign investment.
